Distilled in small batches at our Gold Coast distillery, Wildflower Signature Gin is a London Dry style of gin, crafted with a subtle balance of juniper, citrus, spice and gentle hints of the distiller's backyard honey. Our name, Wildflower, is based on the subtle flavours added by our bees as they visit Burleigh's flowers - allowing all our locals the ability to contribute to our gin with the flowers in their backyards. This gives our gin a deliciously sweet and floral aroma, and a smooth and complex flavour that sets it apart from other gins. On the palate, you'll taste notes of juniper, citrus, and spice, followed by a subtle hint of the floral notes that lingers on the finish.
